많은, 너무나도 많은 사람들이 태어난다. 국가는 바로 존재할 가치가 없는 자들을 위해 고안된 것이다!

위대한 영혼들에게는 아직도 자유로운 삶이 열려 있다. 진정, 적게 소유하고 있는 자는 소유되는 일도 그만큼 적을 것이다. 복 있나니, 조촐한 가난은!
국가라는 것이 끝나는 곳, 거기에서 존재할 가치가 없지 않은 사람들이 비로소 시작된다. 그리고 꼭 있어야 할 자들의 노래, 단 한 번뿐이며 다른 것으로 대신할 수 없는 멜로디가 시작된다.
